Note: we recommend soaking towels overnight in bucket of cold water and ¼ cup white vinegar before using / washing for the first time as this helps relax fibres and increases absorbency from day one.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday midday).
Typically, deliveries take up to 48 hours for urban areas. Please allow another 2+ days for rural
deliveries.
Australian deliveries is currently taking 10-12 days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 for urban delivery and $8.50 for rural delivery.
For Australian deliveries shipping is $15.00.
We also offer free Click & Collect from our Showroom at 56 Barry’s Point Road, Takapuna.
