Shipping and delivery info
How long does delivery take?
We value every order we get and always aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday midday).
Within New Zealand, packages are generally sent with either Courier Post or Poste Haste couriers.
Typically, deliveries take up to 48 hours for urban areas. Please allow another 2+ days for rural
For Australian deliveries, we currently use tracked NZ Post which is currently taking 10-12 days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 for urban delivery and $8.50 for rural delivery.
For Australian deliveries shipping is $15.00.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to a PO Box.
Do you offer free shipping?
In most cases we are subsidising your shipping cost to keep things easy. When you spend
over $100 within New Zealand and $150 in Australia, we subsidise 100% of your shipping cost which means you get FREE SHIPPING.
Please note, Free Shipping may not apply to some clearance items.
Can I track my order?
Once the courier has collected and scanned your parcel, you should be able to track delivery progress and status.

Do you ship internationally?
If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia, please contact us with the specifics of what you are wanting to order along with your delivery address, and we will contact you with a freight quote.
If you happy to go ahead, we will email you an invoice for payment to complete your order.
Click and collect
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We're happy to offer Click & Collect from our Showroom at 56 Barry’s Point Road, Takapuna.
There is usually someone on site Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm most days. Often, we are here outside of these hours too but suggest you call us on 021 489 850 to

Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
We understand the concern of choosing items online and the disappointment that can occur when they don’t fulfil your expectations. Therefore, if you wish to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Can I return an item I have used?
We stand by our products and want you to be 100% happy with them. If for whatever reason, you are not happy with an item even after you have used it (as long as it is within our 15-day window), we are happy to offer you a store credit or refund.
How do I initiate a return
If you still have your order confirmation email, forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org advising which products you would like to return and if you would like a store credit, a different product, or a refund.
Please note, we do not cover cost of return postage.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
As soon as we have received your returned items, we will initiate a refund request using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to come through.
Store credits or exchanges will be actioned as soon as returned items are received.
