Note: we recommend soaking towels overnight in bucket of cold water and ¼ cup white vinegar before using / washing for the first time as this helps relax fibres and increases absorbency from day one.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday midday).
Typically, deliveries take up to 48 hours for urban areas. Please allow another 2+ days for rural
deliveries.
Australian deliveries is currently taking 10-12 days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Within New Zealand, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 for urban delivery and $8.50 for rural delivery.
For Australian deliveries shipping is $15.00.
We also offer free Click & Collect from our Showroom at 56 Barry’s Point Road, Takapuna.

Although this is larger than I was expecting, (should have read the measurements beforehand perhaps) it does exactly what I was wanting it to. I was initially a little sceptical about the fabric but after using found it to be pretty good.
This is the towel I never knew I needed in my life!
It is so convenient - the elastic band makes it so quick and secure to use, plus it's ideal for hanging on a hook in the bathroom. The towel is so gentle on my dry and frizzy hair (sooo much nicer than the microfibre ones I've been using for years) and I really seem to be seeing reduced frizz, even in the damp winter weather. It also works great for the curly "plopping" method and makes way more sense than using a t-shirt.
I also love a product that isn't restricted to one particular use, and when my second baby arrives I'll be using this as a baby towel, as it's sooo much softer and more luxurious than any of my actual baby towels. Honestly, it's so cosy I'd even happily use it as a baby blanket!

I recently bought this organic cotton hair towel, and it has quickly become one of my favorite things, especially during my recent holiday.
The towel is incredibly soft and gentle on my curly hair. It has significantly reduced frizz and breakage, unlike microfibre towels, (which give me the heebie-jeebies!). Plus, it’s much easier to use than the T-shirt method and it doesn't give me a headache from the weight like regular towels do. A serious game-changer.
I took it with me on holiday and used this towel at the beach and pool where it was the perfect size for both drying and suntanning on.
This towel is quick-drying, compact and easy to pack, making it ideal for travel. On the plane, it even doubled as a soft, cozy blanket.

Brilliant for towel drying your hair. Especially good for long hair with its ‘tuck in’ feature to hold everything in place whilst you get ready for the day if you mostly want to let it dry naturally before finishing getting it dried off with the hairdryer . Great size and really versatile.
