1. The promoter

This promotion is run by The Think Link Limited trading as Ecovask, NZBN 9429041668801, 56 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622, New Zealand ("Ecovask", "we", "us").

2. The promotion

Each calendar month, we'll draw one review at random to win a $100 Ecovask gift card. The promotion starts on 1 November 2026 and runs until we end it or change it under clause 12.

3. Who can enter

Anyone aged 18 or over who has bought an Ecovask product can enter. Ecovask employees, contractors and their immediate families can't enter.

4. How to enter

Leave a review of an Ecovask product you've bought, using the link in our review request email or the review form on our website. Each person gets one entry per month, no matter how many reviews they leave that month.

5. Every genuine review counts

Every genuine review is entered, whether it's positive, negative or anywhere in between, and whether or not it's published on our website. We won't enter reviews that are fake, copied, offensive, unrelated to an Ecovask product, or written by someone who didn't buy the product.

6. Entry period

Each month's entry period runs from 12:00am on the first day of the month to 11:59pm on the last day of the month, New Zealand time. Reviews submitted after the end of the month go into the next month's draw.

7. The draw

The winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries for that month, within the first 10 working days of the following month, at 56 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland.

8. The prize

One $100 Ecovask digital gift card each month, to spend at ecovask.nz. The gift card:

• is valid for at least 3 years from the date it's issued
• can't be exchanged for cash
• is subject to our standard gift card terms.

9. Contacting the winner

We'll email the gift card to the winner at the email address used to leave their review, within 5 working days of the draw. If the prize can't be delivered, we'll draw another winner from the same month's entries.

10. Publishing the winner

With the winner's permission, we may share their first name and town (for example, "Sarah, Wellington") on our website, emails or social media.

11. Your information

We'll use your details only to run this promotion and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

12. Changes

We may change, pause or end this promotion at any time by updating this page. Any change won't affect a draw for a month that has already ended.

13. Fair play

We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Our decision on the winner is final.

14. Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for entries that are lost, late or incomplete because of technical problems. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

15. Not connected with other platforms

This promotion isn't sponsored or run by Google, Judge.me, Meta or any other platform.

16. Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
