Are they good for curly hair?
Absolutely! It's often recommended that you should dry curly hair using the t-shirt method. The soft organic cotton structure of our towels is perfect for curly hair and helps reduce friction, frizz and breakage.
My 8 year old granddaughter has long fine hair. What size would be best?
The Hair Towel Mini is the best choice.
Even though she has long hair, the Mini (60 × 100cm) is lightweight, easy for kids to manage, and still provides plenty of wrap for long, fine hair on smaller heads.
The longer Hair & Travel Towel is great for teens and adults with lots of hair - but for younger children, the Mini is usually the perfect fit.
The Hair & Travel Towel seems unnecessarily big?
Not at all - the size is intentional.
Most people dry their hair with a full bath towel, so we designed a towel that gives the same comfortable coverage without the bulk or weight.
Unlike turban-style towels (which are great for keeping hair out of the way but don’t dry very effectively), our towels are shaped and sized to absorb moisture properly, wrap securely, and stay put while you move around. The extra length also means they’re multifunctional - perfect for towel-offs, beach days, the gym, or travel.
We offer two sizes to suit different needs, but the larger Hair & Travel Towel is especially loved by those with long hair because it provides full wrap coverage while still feeling surprisingly lightweight.
