Ecovask is on the hunt for a Sales Admin & Systems Lead to join our small but mighty team.

This is a pivotal role working closely with our founder and taking the reins on day-to-day sales administration and systems - helping us deliver a high-quality experience to both retail and wholesale customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Onboard new wholesale customers, respond to consumer enquiries with warmth and efficiency, and nurture positive relationships.
  
• Sales Support: Maintain digital assets including catalogues and image library; help develop resources and tools for our growing retailer base.
  
• Admin & Systems: Be the capable go-to for all things systems! Keep our inventory and CRM tools up to date (we use Unleashed and Bigin); maintain clean data, generate reports, and track orders.
  
• eCommerce Support: Manage product listings, update content, and support smooth website operations.
  
• Business Support: Provide general support to the business owner — from small tasks to bigger projects — and help us stay organised and forward-moving.
  
  

A bit about you

• Are tech-savvy, confident working across platforms like Unleashed, Shopify, Canva and other cloud-based tools (or quick to learn!)
  
• Are customer-focused and love helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
  
• Are flexible and reliable with a can-do attitude
  
• Are highly organised, self-motivated, and great at managing multiple moving parts bringing calm to chaos
  
• Have amazing attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
  
• Enjoy working closely with a small team (you’ll be working directly with our founder), and thrive in an environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
  
• Have a proactive mindset — you take ownership, solve problems, and anticipate what’s needed before we even ask
  
• Share our love for quality products, sustainability and design-led thinking

• Are comfortable around dogs 🐾
  

The Details

• Relevant work experience is essential. Applicants must be New Zealand residents.
• Location: Barrys Point Road, Takapuna, Auckland (remote work not an option)
  
• 25-30 hours per week
• Hourly rate $32-$35 p/hr
